Transformation of the environment from one dominated by photos of loss to images of future destinations. Outward sign of improved physical and emotional health, of rising optimism, maybe of spiritual evolution.

Accompanied to surprising degree by anger, over lost time, missed opportunities, wasted loyalties.

Perhaps anger is a fuel that leads us forward.

Perhaps depression is anger denied outlet.
