Colleague, blonde, forty, uncomfortable in middle age, unhappy with her weight, inwardly concerned that she's lost or is losing her attractiveness, so that she turns away and hides her face when you look up, and all her body language says, I don't want to be observed.
You'd find a way to take her aside and tell her you think she's pretty, if you didn't fear being sued.
