Young man, twenty, strong-looking, tanned, shirtless, stands stock still with pants around his knees, silent, flashing the ferry terminal. Among the noonday crowd no-one pays him the slightest attention.
Nearby along the quay a gray-haired man stands speaking to the water. No-one pays him any mind either.
Cities everywhere have the same problems.
