There was no mourning period. There were just three weeks before she began to pawn everything she could find: jewelry, crystal, silverware, eventually even your guitars. So that the urgent issue became protection of the house, and the cat, and you quit your job to stay home and staunch the bleeding.

Will mourning come later?
