"I'm feeling distracted so I'm going to work on the computer for a while."

I was the same way,
unable to sit still,
my whole life until my forties,
when my metabolism finally changed,
so that for the first time I could finish a sentence,
complete something I was writing,
stay in my seat through a dinner date.

But I feel like the lowest priority.
