A man and an older woman are there. Who is that? An old friend from your childhood neighborhood. No longer skinny; no longer untrustworthy. He can help with the move. Show him the problem: you can put sound dampening on three sides - for thousands of dollars. But the fourth is glass. Suddenly the noise stops: the commotion outside is a restaurant, not other apartments. Surprisingly, it closes at 5pm. This is excellent! You'll be able to work in the evenings without being bothered.
