Sudden drama from unexpected directions.

Reflection of the broader culture. An organization which promotes chaos over process. So that individuals whose success is most dependent on structure feel compelled to act out.

Is there a fix? Sure, if senior management provides time and space. Under current circumstances of this particular company, hard to imagine.

Where does that leave you? Responsible but unempowered.
