When the fiddle player complains about the singer's girlfriend being on the trip, the singer with his flair for diplomacy replies loftily, "That just shows what a miniature personality you are," and hell breaks loose in Houston. The fiddle player grabs his bags from the van and hails a cab to the airport; the manager calls a huddle in the parking lot to talk everybody down; an embarrassed DJ from the local indie radio station tries to become invisible.
