That's her word, "bratty".
It's not a neutral term. It's a specific form of manipulation utilizing a specific form of false personality. A role she plays, in a calculated way, to encourage others, usually men, to provide her with material gifts.
Specific: precise origin, years as a stripper, where she learned to take as much as she could while giving in return as little as she could get away with.
Her friend blogs of her: "We followed her to a hotel where she somehow managed to get $700 from a man asking for a lap dance without ever taking off any of her clothes or touching him at all in fact." Which is how it works.
