Almond milk, frozen banana, frozen strawberry, baby spinach, baby chard, baby kale, nonfat Greek yogurt, chia powder, acai powder, hemp powder, collagen peptides, vegan sports protein powder with vanilla flavor. Blendy-blendy. Delicious.
Substitute blueberry or mango for strawberry, avocado for banana. Sometimes add carrot, celery, zucchini, whatever else is in the fridge.
A blender full is about 60 ounces, or three large coffee mugs. Substitute for lunch.
Immediate effects: energy; reduced joint stiffness. Longer term effects: stronger hair and nails; healthy-looking skin; minor weight loss.
