The leadership is a cult.
Everyone: surrender an item of personal property.
Cult practices that are not okay.
The cult is upside down, and backward.
The way to change what people do is to change the way they think.
In organizational context this is entirely reversed from reality.
The leadership is not skilled in organization-building.
Do they run the business appropriately?
Difficult to reckon.
