December 23, 2023:

I loved Crazy Guggenheim.

I could impersonate his voice and mannerisms so accurately that the adults and the kids alike roared with approval.

I loved him for his uniqueness. From the beginning I never wanted to be included in the herd. I didn't necessarily need to be the center of attention, as a performer might. I did want to stand apart. Crazy Guggenheim stood apart. Ralph Kramden did not.

Guggenheim was played by Frank Fontaine, who was primarily a singer not a character actor. Wikipedia says Fontaine's sketches as Joe the Bartender usually ended with Fontaine singing in his natural voice. I don't remember that, at all. Frank Fontaine did not stand out — Crazy Guggenheim did.
