Sandy dedicated "Wish You Were Here."
How I'd come to mean shelter to her I can't understand. Rock and roll boy with jailbait blonde, more song lyric than true bond. Yet meaningful to her in ways I only grasped later, when her sister came to say she'd escaped the hell that everyone but she and I had put her through.
I hope to heaven her life since has been all joy and love and peace.
